We ship through FedEx to residential locations or to your nearest FedEx hub. Live reptiles or amphibians ship overnight Monday - Wednesday and insects will be 2-3 day shipping if weather permits.

We offer a live arrival guarantee when animals are shipped to your nearest FedEx hub with temperatures between 45- 90 degrees. If your reptile is sent to a residential location live arrival is void. If you receive a DOA (dead on arrival) reptile to receive a full refund or replacement animal. You will need to send a photo of the deceased animal on top of the shipping label within 3 hours of the pick up time. If you are displeased with the quality of the animal you may be eligible for a partial or full refund after the animal has been returned to our care. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee to return said animal.

We are confident in the health of our animals and also offer a 7 day live guarantee. Animals that perish during this time are fully refundable and we ask that their bodies be returned for testing. We will reimburse the cost to ship the deceased reptile and send a full refund upon receiving them.

Non-perishable shipping - oddities will be shipped with USPS or FedEx at your preferred time frame.
